MGM Lodge - Remote Workers Accommodation
ProjX provided client-side project management for the delivery of MGM Lodge, a new 220-bed workers accommodation facility in Port Hedland. Our scope included management of the design and construct contractor, project coordination through construction and handover, and the design and procurement of recreational facilities including the gym. ProjX also designed, supplied and installed the complete communications, data and entertainment systems for the village.
