We are an Australian project delivery and engineering consultancy helping clients define, plan and deliver complex projects.
We provide integrated project management, engineering, project controls and construction services across industrial, resources, infrastructure, government and technology environments.
From early definition and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and asset support, our people combine technical expertise with practical delivery experience to create clear, commercially informed and achievable outcomes.
Our flexible delivery model allows us to provide an individual specialist, an embedded client-side team or a complete multidisciplinary project team, scaled to suit each client and project.

Our Story
Projx began in Bunbury, Western Australia, in 2017, with two hands-on directors, one employee and a clear objective: to provide clients with practical, accountable project support.
Since then, we have grown into a multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery consultancy with teams operating from Perth, Bunbury, Geraldton and Christmas Island, supporting projects across Western Australia and beyond.
Our capabilities, industries and geographic reach have continued to expand, but the principles on which Projx was founded remain unchanged. Our directors and senior leaders stay close to our clients, our people and the projects we deliver.
Today, we support the full project lifecycle - from initial definition and engineering through planning, execution, commissioning and ongoing asset support.
